Canadian natural red cedar wood is a perfect component to a sauna if you’re going to spend a lot of time in it.

Hybrid saunas like this combine Harvia electric heaters, specifically designed for saunas and infra-red lamps also specific to sauna use. A combination of both types of heaters is a great way to raise body temperature to have the desired effect on your mood immediately and your health in the long-term through regular use.
