The Dreampod Ice Series
We’re excited to introduce the world to the Dreampod Ice Series. It seems like everyone is getting into cold plunges today. Whether you’re an elite athlete looking for ways to speed up recovery or a biohacker trying to push the limits of your mind and body, our Ice Series is for you.
Here at Dreampod we’re all about options. First up, are our two commercial products, the standard bath and the barrel. Each is crafted using the best quality fiberglass, plastics, and hand polished for the shiniest of finishes.
Both have a double hull GRP base with foam insulation for better cold retention. As well as an anti-slip floor. Our standard Bath is 1600 mm long (over 5 ft.) and allows for even the tallest of people to enjoy the benefits of cold therapy.
Our Barrel has a much smaller footprint and accommodates our clients who may be limited on space, but still want the opportunity to freeze. Next up is our at home option, the Ice Bath Flex. The Flex is an inflatable, reinforced tub design utilizing the same inflatable technology found in modern stand up paddle boards.
Once inflated, the walls become rigid and the barrier of air within the walls acts as a natural insulator, helping to keep the water nice and cold. It’s the perfect option for those looking for an affordable and reliable solution for daily cold immersion. Regardless of which product you choose, the chiller unit is the same for all 3. It’s compact, quiet, easy to maintain, and is quick to set up.

Exclusions and Limitations
This limited warranty only applies to the product manufactured by or for Dream Water Ltd. that can be identified by its designation, the “Dreampod Ice Bath Series”. The limited Warranty does not apply to any
- (a) Dream Water products and services other than the Product,
- (b) non-Dreampod hardware product,
- (c) software, even if packaged or sold with the Product or embedded in the product.
Dream Water Ltd. does not warrant that the operation of the Product will be uninterrupted or error-free. Dream Water Ltd. is not responsible for damage arising from failure to follow instructions relating to the Product’s use.
The warranty does not apply to a Product or part of the Product that has been altered or modified (e.g. to alter functionality or capability) by anyone who is not a representative of Dream Water Ltd. , or if the Product has components installed that is not approved by Dream Water Ltd. In addition, this Limited Warranty does not apply:
- to damage caused by use with non – Dream Water Ltd. approved products;
- to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake or other external causes;
- to damage caused by operating the Product outside permitted or intended uses described by Dream Water Ltd.; or
- to damage caused by service (including upgrades) performed by anyone who is not a representative of Dream Water Ltd..
This Limited Warranty does not cover the cost of returning the Product to Dream Water Ltd. This is your responsibility.
Warranty coverage:
Ice Bath and Ice Barrel
Dream Water Ltd. warrants the Dreampod Ice Bath and Ice Barrel against defects in materials and workmanship under the normal use for a period of TWO (2) YEAR for all fiberglass material construction and ONE (1) YEAR for all electronic and mechanical components (Pump, chiller unit, filtration system, computer systems) from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser (Warranty Period).
If a hardware defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, Dream Water Ltd. will either (a) repair the hardware defect at no charge using new or refurbished replacements, or (b) exchange the product with a product that is new or which has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product, at the manufacturer’s discretion.
Ice Bath Flex
Dream Water Ltd. warrants the Dreampod Ice Bath Flex against defects in materials and workmanship under the normal use for a period of ONE (1) YEAR for all electronic and mechanical components (Pump, chiller unit, filtration system, computer systems) from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser (Warranty Period).
If a hardware defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, Dream Water Ltd. will either (a) repair the hardware defect at no charge using new or refurbished replacements, or (b) exchange the product with a product that is new or which has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product, at the manufacturer’s discretion.
In event of a defect, to the extent permitted by law, these are your sole and exclusive remedies. A replacement part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Product or ninety (90) days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.
