Our Dreampod Sport has been around for many years but after 2020 we saw the need to create a product that was reasonably priced, reliable, beautiful, and a great entry point for those new to the float world.

The Sport has everything you need to get started with your Business. It’s compact, but comfortable and capable of floating someone 7 feet tall. The internal structure and design are the exact same as our flagship V2 Pod and the big brother, the V-Max.

With an easy to operate wired control panel, you can control the temperature, the LED inside the pod, run the chemical injector for easy sanitisation, and set the time for each float session. The filtration system comes with a 10 micron filter, built in UV sanitisation, and an inline heater. We made it simple and easy to operate and use every day.

The Dreampod Sport is ready to go when you are! Whether you’re opening your first float related business, adding floating to your existing business, or even wanting to bring floating home. The Dreampod Sport gives you the biggest bang for your buck.

Connectivity

The Dreampod float tank connects to almost any standard TCP/IP network allowing easy access from anywhere in the facility, wired or wireless. After powering it on you access its control panel via your Laptop or PC, iPhone & iPad.

Business Insight

An easy to understand report gets generated to help you understand the performance of your Dreampod. It includes Number of Sessions, Session Time, Idle Time and Pump & Heating Durations.

Easy to Use

The control panel itself is intuitive and easy to operate. You can manage nearly every aspect of your Dreampod, such as Session Start & Stop, Music with Playlist Manager, Temperature, UV Filtration and Chemical Dosing schedules.

Water hygiene:

All our float tanks come well-equipped with several features to maintain the hygiene of the water. The main filter device is a custom-built stainless steel enclosure holding a replaceable 10-micron filter bag, capable of filtering debris in the water as small as 1/4 the size of the diameter of a human hair. Water is also pumped by a UV light array, taking care of any microorganisms that survive the extreme salt content of the water. The Dreampod is the first to feature a dual chemical injection system, allowing you to use a combination of any two chemical disinfectants that you wish to use.

Exclusions and Limitations

This limited warranty only applies to the product manufactured by or for Dream Water Ltd. that can be identified by its designation, the “Dreampod Floatation Pod Series”. The Limited Warranty does not apply to any

• (a) Dream Water products and services other than the Product.
• (b) non-Dreampod hardware product.
• (c) software, even if packaged or sold with the Product or embedded in the product.

Dream Water Ltd. does not warrant that the operation of the Product will be uninterrupted or error-free. Dream Water Ltd. is not responsible for damage arising from failure to follow instructions relating to the Product’s use.

The warranty does not apply to a Product or part of the Product that has been altered or modified (e.g. to alter functionality or capability) by anyone who is not a representative of Dream Water Ltd., or if the Product has components installed that are not approved by Dream Water Ltd. In addition, this Limited Warranty does not apply:

• (a) to damage caused by the use with non – Dream Water Ltd. approved products;
• (b) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake, or other external causes;
• (c) to damage caused by operating the Product outside permitted or intended uses described by Dream Water Ltd.
• (d) to damage caused by service (including upgrades) performed by anyone who is not a representative of Dream Water Ltd.

This Limited Warranty does not cover the cost of returning the Product to Dream Water Ltd. This is your responsibility.

Warranty coverage:

Dreampod Floatation Pod (V2, Vmax, Cabin, Open Pool, Sport, Home Pro) 

Dream Water Ltd. warrants the Dreampod Floatation Pod (V2, Vmax, Cabin, Open Pool, Sport, Home Pro) against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period ofTWO (2) YEARS for all fiberglass material construction andONE (1) YEAR for all electronic and mechanical components (Pump, chiller unit, filtration system, computer systems) from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser (Warranty Period).

If a hardware defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, Dream Water Ltd. will either (a) repair the hardware defect at no charge using new or refurbished replacements, or (b) exchange the product with a new product that is new or which has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product, at the manufacturer’s discretion.

In the event of a defect, to the extent permitted by law, these are your sole and exclusive remedies. A replacement part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Product or ninety (90) days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.
